The Family Justice Center is hiring for an Intake Supervisor. This position leads a team that provides trauma informed integrated intake services for survivors accessing resources at the Family Justice Center. The Intake Supervisor position provides direct oversight while also performing the job of an Intake Specialist: explains the available services from the multiple partner agencies reviews confidentiality policies coordinates initial service provision escorts clients through the Center and into secure areas and answers general questions.

The purpose of this position is to perform supervisory work for intake staff at the Family Justice Center.
Minimum Education Training and/or Experience (required at time of hire): Bachelors Degree in human services social work sociology criminal justice or related and two (2) years of related experience including one (1) year of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional/Preferred Education Training and/or Experience: Peer Support Specialist or qualified mental health and/or substance abuse professional preferred.
