Practice Setting: Hospital Based
Will the Locum Tenen Physician be Required to Supervise CRNAs: both
Patient Age Demographic: Geriatric
Number of Operating Rooms: 8
What is the ratio of own cases to CRNA supervision Mix daily
EMR: Epic
MD:CRNA Ratio 1:3/4
Breakdown of case mix Ortho/ urology/ eyes/ endo
Patient demographic: Adults/ peds: dental eyes only
Facility will reimburse for the following costs: Flight Hotel Rental Car
