We are vertically integrated: we develop manufacture and fulfill everything in-house. This operational control allows us to engage customers directly into the R&D process an initiative where we were first-to-market in CPG. Whats The Job
The Production Supervisor will monitor our production operations and ensure that they deliver maximum quality in a profitable manner. Duties will include monitoring employees organizing workflows and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes.
You should be highly competent and comprehend complex operations. We also expect you to be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs provide leadership and guidance to teams and work cross-collaboratively with other departments to ensure quality safety and productivity all within a culture of positivity respect and support.
Schedule: Full-time 2nd Shift Monday through Friday

What Youll Be Doing Stop Scanning and Read This Part
- Supervise the production operations of the facility with an aim for high performance
- Create strong cross-functional relationships to assist in the smooth operation of the facility
- Assist with the onboarding process of new hires
- Provide training and educational materials to staff
- Conduct annual reviews for staff performance
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards
- Monitor and prioritize workflow and staffing of production to meet deadlines
- Provide direction and schedules to the manufacturing department
- Establish daily weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Guide and coach employees monitoring their productivity
- Oversee safe use of equipment and work with maintenance team to schedule regular maintenance
- Perform verification of production input and output according to specifications
- Prepare production boards to report on performance and progress and present them to senior managers
- Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Other duties as assigned
What Youve Done And Who You Are
- Experience and desire to support a culture built on collaboration sharing of ideas and celebration of successes as well as drive for positive outcomes with cross-functional teams.
- High School Diploma at a minimum with previous relevant leadership experience; bachelors degree in business engineering or other relevant area will be a bonus
- 2 years proven experience working in a supervisory role; in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution attributes
- Flexible to work long hours as required to meet production needs and deadlines
- Good practical experience with MS Office
- Strong organizational and leadership skills together with a results-driven approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
- Not afraid to work shoulder-to-shoulder with production and cross-functional teams to resolve problems and challenges
- Adept at problem-solving and finding new perspectives always looking for areas to continuously improve and drive the organization forward
- Flexible willing and quick to learn new processes new technology and new ways of thinking
- A people person able to quickly build rapport and relationships at all levels of the organization
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Skilled at leading and influencing people across direct and cross-functional teams

- Bending/Squatting: Constantly (picking up product moving product)
- Lifting: Occasionally- Lift 50 lbs. or less (full cases of product)
- Must be able to work near food ingredients exposure to food allergens
- Location: inside an air-conditioned manufacturing and warehouse environment
