Job Summary
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated WellSky Professional to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WellSky platforms and a passion for optimizing healthcare operations through technology. This position is responsible for supporting configuring and enhancing WellSky applications to improve billing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure implement and support WellSky solutions in a healthcare organizations.
- Collaborate with administrative teams to analyze business needs and translate them into WellSky system enhancements or optimizations.
- Troubleshoot resolve and document application issues coordinating with WellSky support as needed.
- Maintain and update system documentation workflows and user manuals related to WellSky products.
- Stay current with WellSky product updates best practices.
Qualifications
- Degree in Healthcare Administration preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of direct experience working with WellSky applications (such as WellSky Care Management Home Health Hospice or similar).
- Excellent communication training and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Quickbooks and excel spreadsheets as they pertain to Wellsky applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with system integrations and healthcare.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools within WellSky.
- Project management or process improvement certifications.
