As a Solution Engineer on the Advertiser Solutions team in our Shenzhen Office youll play a vital role in driving technical excellence and peak performance for our global advertisers. You will be the technical authority ensuring seamless onboarding and optimizing complex campaigns to exceed client goals. Your expertise will directly unlock client success and fuel our growth.

To thrive in this role youll need:

2 years in Ad Tech technical support leveraging deep platform knowledge to solve complex technical and business challenges for e-commerce clients.
Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (verbal and written).
Hands-on experience with SQL JavaScript and web technologies (CSS/HTML).
Proven experience with digital advertising platforms including pixel implementation conversion tracking and API integrations.
A firm grasp of the digital media ecosystem including ad serving technologies DSPs and audience targeting.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with mobile measurement partners like Appsflyer Adjust or Kochava.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and their tracking implementations (e.g. Shopify WordPress).

How youll make an impact:

Own the end-to-end technical onboarding for new advertisers guiding them through pixel implementation and conversion tracking setup.
Perform in-depth analysis of campaign performance and delivery providing data-driven optimization recommendations to increase revenue.
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad serving tracking and platform integration.
Serve as the technical consultant in client meetings advising on best practices product features and strategies to achieve their marketing KPIs.
Develop and share vertical-specific insights trends and benchmarks to elevate overall campaign performance across your book of business.
Continuously develop methodologies and tools to improve the teams efficiency and troubleshooting capabilities.
