Job Summary

Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient (Contract)

Location: Snellville GA

Contract Duration: 13 weeks (extendable)

Shift: 5x8 Day Shifts

Pay: $2074 weekly gross

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient assignment. The therapist will provide direct patient care develop treatment plans and support patients in achieving optimal mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate plan and implement individualized treatment programs for outpatient orthopedic patients.
Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and modalities as appropriate.
Manage a caseload of 1214 patients per day with expectations of 60 visits per week.
Handle follow-up visits with occasional double-booking.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes.

Qualifications:

Associates degree in Physical Therapy (minimum requirement).
Outpatient experience strongly preferred.
Current BLS certification (AHA required).
Strong clinical organizational and communication skills.
