About the Facility:

Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Albuquerque known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. Youll have the tools and support you need to succeedwhether youre a new grad or seasoned OT.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Estimated Rate Range:$40-50/hr depending on experience setting location and status (full-time part-time or PRN)
  • Comprehensive benefits package (Medical Dental Vision 401k)

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
  • Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current NM license (or eligibility)
  • Passionate about improving patient quality of life
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
