Manager IT Transformation Management (mfd)

About the role

As Manager IT Transformation Management you will play a key role in executing Fresenius Kabis global IT transformation journey while ensuring alignment with the overall IT strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to operationalize a newly defined IT organization shape IT processes governance and ways of working and contribute to a future-ready IT function across a global landscape.

You will manage workstreams and mid-sized projects independently support the coordination of large-scale transformation programs and help embed ITIL-based process excellence. Partnering closely with IT teams at Fresenius Kabi Group IT and business stakeholders you will drive alignment enable change management and ensure sustainable value delivery.

Your responsibilities

• Drive the execution of strategic IT transformation initiatives ensuring alignment with the operating model.

• Manage assigned workstreams or mid-sized projects independently delivering on scope time and budget while considering risks dependencies and change impact.

• Support the coordination of large-scale transformation programs in collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of IT process frameworks KPIs and governance bodies with a focus on ITIL.

• Ensure consistency and alignment of processes across transformation initiatives business units and Group IT.

• Collaborate with governance and operations teams to embed new ways of working and performance standards.

• Act as a key interface between IT teams Group IT business units and transformation leadership.

• Prepare and deliver presentations reports and documentation for governance bodies and senior stakeholders.

• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams and ensure stakeholder engagement.

Your profile

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

• 35 years of experience in IT project management process improvement or transformation roles.

• Hands-on experience with ITIL practices and process implementation.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional or multinational projects.

• Strong interest in organizational transformation and enterprise change.

• Highly analytical structured and detail-oriented mindset.

• Proactive and self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Excellent communication coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Solid understanding of IT operating models and governance principles.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira).

• Fluent in English; Spanish German or other European languages are a plus.
