As a Senior Solution Architect ServiceNow youll take a central role within the Fresenius Kabi IT organization supporting the current scope of ServiceNow implementations and shaping future demands. Acting as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow-related initiatives youll guide architectural decisions coordinate implementations and collaborate closely with the ServiceNow account management team. Your involvement in global governance and steering boards ensures strategic alignment and business partnership.
Your responsibilities
Define and align the ServiceNow platform strategy for Fresenius Kabi championing its adoption across the organization.
Serve as a governance and solution expert advising business units implementation partners and steering boards to meet evolving requirements.
Take ownership of demand and license management by collecting evaluating and prioritizing needs and aligning them within governance structures.
Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions ensuring they reflect business goals and technical standards; oversee implementation quality and conduct integration testing when needed.
Drive platform rollouts and enhancements in collaboration with cross-functional teams ensuring adherence to best practices and technical principles.
Safeguard platform compliance through coordination with the ServiceNow account team workers council and other stakeholders.
Your profile
Holds a degree in Computer Science Digital Information or Business Informatics with solid knowledge of ITSM SPM and IT Operations.
Brings 5 years of experience in designing managing or operating ServiceNow environments in mid- to large-sized organizations.
Demonstrates deep expertise in ServiceNow; certifications such as Certified System Administrator Master Architect or Implementation Specialist are advantageous.
Understands business and functional processes and has hands-on experience implementing them on the ServiceNow platform.
Well-versed in ITIL Service Management and related frameworks.
Capable of translating business needs into technical specifications for ServiceNow resources.
Offers strong consulting and project management skills.
Possesses broad IT knowledge including interfaces coding and UI design.
Communicates effectively in writing and presentations.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Open to global travel when required.
