How youll make an impact

• Lead and manage R&D projects coordinating multi-location and cross-functional teams to ensure successful completion of tasks and milestones

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans defining scope budget schedule and risk management strategies aligned with organizational objectives

• Organize and monitor project activities optimizing resource utilization and managing project costs to achieve established milestones effectively

• Oversee project financials identifying and managing risks while recognizing opportunities to enhance overall project outcomes

• Validate business cases for R&D projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and managing change throughout the project lifecycle for optimal results

• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders resolving project-related issues and fostering strong relationships for effective communication and collaboration

• Promote adherence to Hitachi Energys health safety and environmental policies fostering a culture of safety and compliance during project execution

• Ensure compliance with project management processes and tools continuously identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices that align with Hitachi Energys methodologies

Your background

• Degree in Engineering Project Management Business Administration or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the energy sector or a similar industrial environment

• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies tools and best practices to effectively manage complex projects and drive successful outcomes

• Solid understanding of engineering principles and technologies relevant to the energy sector enabling effective communication with technical teams

• Ability to analyze project data identify trends and develop data-driven solutions to overcome challenges and optimize performance

• Proven ability to lead motivate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication
