What Youll Do:

  • Be an integral part of a team that embraces lean principles and 5S practices to continuously improve processes and products.

  • Master the art of brazing and soldering including setting up and operating specialized equipment performing inspections and ensuring dimensional accuracy.

  • Use your expertise with hand tools measuring devices and blueprints to craft high-quality assemblies that meet exacting specifications.

  • Dive into advanced techniques like induction soldering Veeco testing and hot water leak testing while maintaining certifications like NADCAP and torch soldering.

  • Collaborate across departments cross-train in various areas and support manufacturing operations with flexibility and adaptability.

  • Share your knowledge by mentoring less experienced team members and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

  • Handle hazardous materials responsibly and maintain safety standards including passing an annual eye exam specific to your role.

What You Bring:

  • A High School Diploma or GED along with basic math computer and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with hand tools measuring devices blueprints and process sheets.

  • A solid understanding of heat control principles acid and fluxes and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

  • Manual dexterity attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • A desire to grow and develop in a self-directed team-oriented environment.

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous experience in a teaming environment or operating equipment like blasters and air leak fixtures.

  • Structural solder inspection certification or other relevant certifications.
