As a Team Leader Inbound you are responsible for securing a smooth and efficient inbound flow in the Distribution Centre. You ensure that pallets transport consolidation and loading processes run correctly and according to standards. You manage motivate and develop a team of dedicated employees ensuring that daily tasks and KPIs are achieved in line with JYSK values.
Your responsibilities include:
Ensuring an optimal and effective inbound routine.
Giving objective and loyal feedback to the Department Manager.
Supporting and replacing the Department Manager during absence.
Following up on KPIs and daily routines.
Optimizing work processes both in operations and administration.
Managing and developing the inbound team including training and onboarding new employees.
Coordinating resources between departments.
Securing a healthy and motivating work environment.
Leading by example and living the JYSK Leadership and Values.
Qualifications :
Previous leadership experience in logistics warehousing or a similar environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to motivate coach and develop employees.
Good communication skills and the ability to provide clear direction.
Knowledge of warehouse processes and KPIs.
Ability to handle responsibility and make decisions independently.
English proficiency (written and spoken). Dutch is a plus.
Flexible and ready to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
