Wage:$26.44/HR
Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security Site Trainer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client site. Observes and reports activities and incidents providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel visitors and premises.
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills a solid understanding of security protocols and the ability to effectively train and motivate diverse teams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented patient and adaptable with experience in developing training materials and conducting hands-on sessions. A proactive attitude and a commitment to safety and compliance are essential to ensure that all security personnel are well-prepared and confident in their roles.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma GED OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!!
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
- Prior Security and Management experience required.
- Trainer experience is preferred.
- Valid UT State Drivers License required.
