About the Role
A growing outpatient physical therapy clinic in Chico California is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the team. Full-time is preferred with up to 40 hours per week available. Part-time candidates are also welcome.
The ideal candidate is personable motivated and has strong communication skills. New graduate Physical Therapists will receive support and mentorship.
Caseload and Patient Population
The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting treating patients of all ages with a general orthopedic caseload.
Full-time PTs typically treat two to three patients per hour. A ramp-up period is provided to ensure comfort with the caseload. Opportunities to develop a specialty or obtain certifications are encouraged and supported.
Compensation and Benefits
Total compensation for full-time positions ranges from one hundred twenty thousand to one hundred ninety thousand dollars per year depending on experience and qualifications.
