Key Responsibilities for website transition
- Create plan and timeline for the transition of the website and country sites
- Work with leadership and team to assess current website and plan for structure on new website including taxonomy
- Create plan for current content transition and ongoing new content creation
- Develop copy for website for new pages
- Implement SEO/Meta data for webpages
- Source and edit images for each page and prepare alt text for each image used
- Design template with available web components in Umbraco 13
- Create webpages using template and components with approved copy and images
- Work with leadership to determine what content country sites will contain
- Work with country site owners to build country specific webpages as adds new countries
- Work with global website team to manage redirects to ensure 3rd party links do not break
- Work with global website team and digital agency to transition administrative rights of website
- Work with global marketing teams to ensure URLs for marketing campaigns are updated when site goes live including LinkedIn Google Ads promotional materials etc.
- Track analyze and compare website traffic and data during and after transition
- Support launch of new site including hypercare phase any troubleshooting advertising/promotions
- Work within branding guidelines
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to work autonomously
- Website Content Management System (CMS) experience (Umbraco)
- Website content strategy
- Photoshop or photo editing
- SEO expertise
- Writing and editing
- Design implement and manage marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional) to generate leads
- Create collateral and promotional content
- Ensure all content is created in accordance with Eurofins standards
- Analyze sales data and campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of marketing strategies to optimize future campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with corporate requirements
- Own strategy and develop content for various platforms including website blogs social media to generate leads
- Directly contribute to building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity through effective marketing strategies and communication
- Review and update sales collateral including presentations
- Create presentations in response to client RFI/Ps
- Market Research to identify customer trends competitor offerings and demographic data
- Collaborate with marketing in the Eurofins network of companies
- Support conferences meetings and tradeshows as needed
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field
- Minimum 5 years of business-to-business professional services marketing experience
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
- Proficient communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience developing social media campaigns generating leads
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Creative mindset
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with and/or knowledge of an insourcing model and/or recruiting services
- Knowledge of and/or experience working in the life sciences industry
- Direct sales lead generation experience
- Knowledge of MS CRM
Additional Information :
Position is full-time Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. with additional hours as needed as workloads demand.
