Descrição da vaga: Estágio em Sistemas da Informação
Localidade: Itajubá - MG
Modalidade: Presencial
Horário: das 7h às 14h
Principais atividades:
Prestar suporte técnico e atendimento aos usuários auxiliando na resolução de chamados;
Apoiar na execução e acompanhamento de projetos da área de Tecnologia da Informação;
Atuar no controle e gestão de acessos aos sistemas corporativos;
Auxiliar na manutenção e no desenvolvimento de sistemas internos.
Requisitos obrigatórios:
Cursando ensino superior em Sistemas de Informação Ciência da Computação Engenharia de Computação Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ou Tecnologia da Informação (TI);
Inglês básico;
Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de Itajubá por no mínimo 1 ano;
Interesse em aprender.
Desejável: Conhecimentos em SQL e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas

Position description: Internship in Information Systems
Location: Itajubá - MG
Type: In-person
Hours: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Main activities:
Provide technical support and customer service to users assisting in the resolution of calls;
Support the execution and monitoring of projects in the area of Information Technology;
Work in the control and management of access to corporate systems;
Assist in the maintenance and development of internal systems.
Mandatory requirements:
Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Information Systems Computer Science Computer Engineering Systems Analysis and Development or Information Technology (IT);
Basic English;
Availability to intern in person (30 hours per week) at Helibras in Itajubá for at least 1 year;
Interest in learning.
Desirable: Knowledge of SQL and Systems Development
