Graduate Civil Engineer

The Role

Are you a civil engineering graduate ready to make a real-world impact Join a growing team delivering innovative and essential infrastructure projects that serve millions across East Anglia.
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to support the planning design and delivery of clean water and wastewater projects. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-demand sector developing the infrastructure that protects the environment and supports communities across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and construction of water treatment works pipelines pumping stations and flood defences
• Undertake site visits inspections and surveys to support project development
  Prepare drawings specifications calculations and reports under the guidance of senior engineers
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical electrical and environmental engineers
• Support project management and stakeholder engagement across various stages of delivery
• Ensure all work aligns with health safety and environmental standards

Essential:

• A degree in Civil Engineering (BEng or MEng)
• A passion for sustainable infrastructure and interest in the water sector
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn

Desirable:

• Full UK driving licence (or working towards it)
