About the RoleVeterans Engineering (VE) is seeking experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Technicians to support the VA Meds by Mail Program in Cheyenne WY and Dublin GA. This program provides critical pharmacy fulfillment and medication distribution services to veterans across the nation. As part of our team you will play a vital role in ensuring accuracy efficiency and compassionate service in the delivery of veteran care.
ResponsibilitiesAccurately fill package and label prescriptions under pharmacist supervision.
Manage incoming medication orders and maintain precise records in accordance with VA protocols.
Operate pharmacy automation equipment and ensure compliance with federal safety standards.
Provide high-quality support to pharmacists and staff in daily operations.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to all VA regulations procedures and quality assurance standards.
QualificationsActive Pharmacy Technician license/certification in any U.S. State Territory or the District of Columbia.
Minimum 1 year of pharmacy technician experience (VA or federal healthcare preferred).
Knowledge of pharmacy operations medication handling and federal safety standards.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced mission-driven environment.
Contract DetailsContract Term: One (1) base year with four (4) one-year options.
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay aligned with VA and local market benchmarks.
Benefits: Eligibility for benefits based on contract terms and assignment.
