Location: Cortlandt Manor NY 10567
Type: Contract
Shift: 12:00 PM 8:30 PM (includes a 30-minute break; rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM as needed)
Pay Rate: $60 $64/hour
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapistfor an exciting job in Cortlandt Manor NY.
Responsibilities:
Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic exercises manual therapy and modalities to enhance patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and techniques.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as appropriate.
Promote safe mobility and functional independence.
Requirements:
Required:
Current New York State Physical Therapy License.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices.
Preferred:
CPR certification.
Outpatient physical therapy experience.
Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
