What you will do
- Operate the product safely and securely on behalf of our customers troubleshoot problems and improve the service in collaboration with the DevOpsEngineers;
- Perform system updates and modifications to system configurations on behalfof customers and otherstakeholders;
- Respond to system incidents troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to restoreservices;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing updates on system status andchanges;
- Collaborate within the Operations team and cooperate with the Support and DevOps teams to answer questions and troubleshootproblems;
- Develop and implement automation scripts andtools;
- Monitor and enforce security policies andprocedures;
- Create andmaintaincomprehensivedocumentationfor systems processes andconfigurations;
- Coach team members and coordinate team efforts together with the Support and OperationsManager;
- Regularly be part of 24/7 on-call rotation.
What you bring
- Experience with system administration network management and infrastructuredesign;
- Proficiencyin the command line (Linux) and scripting skills (Python bash);
- Experience withIaCtools (e.g. Terraform);
- Experience with AWS Docker and virtualization management platforms (e.g.oVirt);
- Strong knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus Kibana Grafana LokiZabbix;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complexissues;
- Ability to quickly assess and resolve operationalchallenges;
- Fluent English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to interact effectively with other teams and be a teamplayer;
- Curiosity and interest in innovation andtechnology;
- Experience working in a modern agile software Engineering environment.
