How Youll Make an Impact
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to boost safety quality and throughput.
Lead engineering tasks including design testing and installation.
Investigate technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Support production during equipment and process start-up.
Participate in daily operations and engineering meetings.
Drive solutions for unresolved production challenges.
Evaluate and implement new technologies and Capex initiatives.
Keep work instructions current and aligned with best practices.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Valid visa authorization for travel to the U.S.
Experience with lean manufacturing Six Sigma Kaizen DMAIC etc.
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is a plus.
Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
