About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer with 1-3 years PQE tojoin our leading Government & Administrative Law practice inPerth. The team act for a range of Commonwealth Departments andAgencies primarily in public law litigation. Whilst the main focusis on disability and insurance access and planning matters underthe National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) the work alsoincludes Commonwealth employee compensation matters. Working underthe guidance of supportive Partners both of whom have a passionfor training and mentorship this hands-on role will see youpreparing for and attending conferences and conciliations in theAdministrative Review Tribunal making this an invaluableopportunity to develop your skills knowledge and experience.
About you
To be successful in this role you will be an admitted Lawyerwith up to 3 years PQE. The work requires attention to detailpractical problem solving skills and the ability to thinkstrategically. While general litigation experience will be highlyregarded it is your passion and enthusiasm for the law and yourgenuine interest in developing in the public law space that willsee you succeed in this role. Our clients are at the centre ofeverything we do so your commitment to excellent customer serviceas well as your strong communication skills will be valued.
