About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Casual Sales Associates to work at our seasonal kiosk located at Westfield Penrith Shopping Centre. As a sales associate you will be operationally savvy and excel in providing customers with exceptional support and a consistently memorable shopping experience.

Our kiosks are all about sun protection with an extensive range of hats swimwear sunscreen and of course sunglasses. Fun Fact: Cancer Council sells more sunglasses within Australia yearly than any other brand. (calculated by unit sales).

Responsibilities

• Provide a memorable shopping experience by employing exceptional levels of customer service.
• Support store operations
• Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge
• The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPIs Our profit goes back into support cancer research!

Your skills and experience

• Able to demonstrate strong communication skills with a customer first approach.
• Collaborative team player
• Is confident and comfortable in making autonomous decisions when required
• Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends.
• Be passionate energetic and bring your whole self to be part of a great team
