Job Description
Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Remote Travel Experience Consultants. In this role you will help clients plan and book their dream vacations while providing exceptional customer service and professional travel support.
This position is ideal for someone who loves travel enjoys working with people and wants the flexibility of a remote role with high earning potential. Full training is provided no prior experience required.
Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with booking flights hotels cruises and vacation packages.
- Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.

Provide timely support and assistance before during and after travel.
- Communicate with clients via email phone and chat in a professional manner.

Resolve booking issues and offer suitable travel solutions.

Stay informed about travel trends promotions and supplier updates.

Maintain accurate client records invoices and proposals.

Participate in optional team meetings and virtual training sessions.
Qualifications

Passion for travel and customer service.

Comfortable using technology and online booking tools.
- Previous experience in travel sales hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
