Employment defense
Complex single-plaintiff matters involving discrimination harassment and retaliation
General counseling
Opportunity to work with public entities: schools universities cities nonprofits (95% public entity defense)
Seeking someone collaborative reliable and defense-oriented
Strong writing skills good judgment and ability to manage their own caseload (motions depos trial prep)
Training provided on billing practices
Close mentorship and support from a senior employment attorney (Ash)
Encouraged to develop business

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $150K$200K depending on experience
Bonus: Additional compensation for business development/originations when settled
