Position Overview:

You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to assess plan implement and evaluate patient care. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

- Educate patients and their families on disease management treatment plans and self-care techniques

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited institution

- Valid and current Registered Nurse license in the Philippines

- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to work abroad and adapt to different cultures and healthcare systems

You must have an active NCLEX license be a registered nurse and have current bedside experience. These are the primary qualifications sought by our US employers. Please refer to the detailed qualifications listed below for our open positions:

• Dialysis Nurses: If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dialysis Nurse and are NCLEX-passed we encourage you to apply! We also welcome non-NCLEX passers who are willing to undergo the exam after the interview.

• Long-Term Care Nurses: Minimum 2 year of bedside experience and a current NCLEX license are required.

• Hospital Nurses: We have opportunities for nurses with a minimum of 2 years of experience in specific areas like ER MS HDU ICU or OR. An active NCLEX license is a must.
