Job Summary

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

RN- Medical & Surgical Unit

RN - MED/SURG

Full-Time

Registered Nurse candidates for the Med/Surg Unit will have the following job responsibilities:

Assessing planning implementing and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
Evaluating medical information as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients.
Preparing administering and recording prescribed medications.
Changing dressings inserting catheters and starting IVs.
Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed as well as interpreting and recording measurements.
Monitoring patients vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

RN- Medical & Surgical Unit

RN - MED/SURG

Full-Time

Registered Nurse candidates for the Med/Surg Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

Graduate from school of nursing with either an ADN or BSN degree.
Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license in accordance with law and regulation.
BLS required upon hire.
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required

General Comments

Mid Range: $30.04 - $41.50 (based on years of experience)

Shift Differentials: $4/Nights & $4.00/Weekends

Sign-On Bonus : Case by Case Basis

Relocation: Case by Case Basis
