JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
RN- Medical & Surgical Unit
RN - MED/SURG
Full-Time
Registered Nurse candidates for the Med/Surg Unit will have the following job responsibilities:
- Assessing planning implementing and evaluating patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
- Evaluating medical information as well as providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care to pre-and post-surgery patients.
- Preparing administering and recording prescribed medications.
- Changing dressings inserting catheters and starting IVs.
- Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed as well as interpreting and recording measurements.
- Monitoring patients vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-
RN- Medical & Surgical Unit
RN - MED/SURG
Full-Time
Registered Nurse candidates for the Med/Surg Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- Graduate from school of nursing with either an ADN or BSN degree.
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license in accordance with law and regulation.
- BLS required upon hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
General Comments
Mid Range: $30.04 - $41.50 (based on years of experience)
Shift Differentials: $4/Nights & $4.00/Weekends
Sign-On Bonus : Case by Case Basis
Relocation: Case by Case Basis
