Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Oncology
RN - MED/SURG ONC
Full-Time
Registered Nurse candidates for the Medical Surgical Oncology Unit will have the following job responsibilities:
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
- Act as an advocate for patient safety.
- Ensure effective care and use of time supplies and equipment.
- Educate patients regarding their medications procedure and treatments providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-
Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Oncology
RN - MED/SURG ONC
Full-Time
Registered Nurse candidates for the Medical Surgical Oncology Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
- 1 year of Recent RN experience. (Does not need to have acute care experience. IT IS STRONGLY PREFERRED HOWEVER THEY WOULD BE OPEN FOR LTAC EXPERIENCE) (RECENT RN EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED)
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
- Current BLS required
- Current ACLS preferred required within 6 months of hire
- BSN is preferred
Salary Range:$27.72- $33 an HR (5 years)-$36.30 (10 years)- $39.60 (15)
Sign ON: Up to $20k sign on (However it is in a case-by-case basis; not guaranteed)Relo: Case By Case
Shift Differentials: $3 Nights and $2 weekends
