About the Role:
As a Customer Representative youll be the first point of contact for our customers delivering high-quality service and support. Youll work in a dynamic fast-paced contact center environment assisting customers with inquiries related to their orders appointments and general support needs.
What Were Looking For:

Fluent in Norwegian and confident in English (spoken & written)

Previous experience in customer support ideally in a contact center environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A proactive customer-first mindset

Comfortable working full-time on-site in Málaga
