Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Install and Fabrication Foreman to lead a team in the fabrication and installation of aluminum products including profiles roofing systems doors and windows. Our client is a leading company known for high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction in every project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminum fabrication and installation excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage teams while ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team in the fabrication and installation of aluminum products ensuring work is completed on time and within specifications.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide the team and ensure accuracy in project execution.
Oversee the cutting shaping and assembly of aluminum materials ensuring quality craftsmanship.
Collaborate with project managers architects and other trades to align with project goals.
Maintain and inspect tools and equipment ensuring safety and proper operation.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and provide training to less-experienced team members.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman in aluminum fabrication and installation.
Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques tools and installation processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail leadership and communication skills.
Must reside in Malta.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or formal training in aluminum fabrication or a related field.
Experience with roofing systems and other metalwork such as steel and stainless steel.
