Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Install and Fabrication Foreman to lead a team in the fabrication and installation of aluminum products including profiles roofing systems doors and windows. Our client is a leading company known for high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction in every project.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminum fabrication and installation excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage teams while ensuring projects are completed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team in the fabrication and installation of aluminum products ensuring work is completed on time and within specifications.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide the team and ensure accuracy in project execution.
- Oversee the cutting shaping and assembly of aluminum materials ensuring quality craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with project managers architects and other trades to align with project goals.
- Maintain and inspect tools and equipment ensuring safety and proper operation.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and provide training to less-experienced team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Foreman in aluminum fabrication and installation.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques tools and installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail leadership and communication skills.
- Must reside in Malta.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or formal training in aluminum fabrication or a related field.
- Experience with roofing systems and other metalwork such as steel and stainless steel.
