About role:
As a Head of CRM you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer relationships through various CRM channels. Your role will involve optimizing the customer journey personalizing communications and leading a team to ensure seamless CRM operations.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy Development: build and implement a strategy for customer engagement through CRM channels (email push Telegram WhatsApp sales and customer relations) manage the full customer lifecycle.
- CRM Communications Management: optimize the customer journey based on behavioral data implement personalized retention and conversion mechanics.
- Segmentation and Personalization: ensure data quality manage customer base segmentation create personalized trigger campaigns to increase retention.
- Analytics and Optimization: evaluate the effectiveness of segmented campaigns conduct A/B testing continuously improve CRM strategies.
- Process Automation: collaborate with CRM Automation/Operation (Integrator) to ensure process alignment between communication channels and the sales team.
- Team Coordination: manage the CRM team (CRM Automation Manager Product CRM Managers CVM Manager) set goals and monitor execution.
- Partner and Vendor Relations: collaborate with external services for CRM automation and personalization processes.
Requirements:
- 4 years of CRM experience preferably in product teams (Crypto Web3 FinTech).
- Strong knowledge of CRM marketing customer analytics and process automation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and CDP systems (Customer HubSpot etc.) personalization tools.
- Proficiency in analytical tools (Power BI GA4 Appsflyer etc.).
- Proven experience in developing retention strategies and LTV growth conducting A/B tests.
- Ability to work with large data sets strong attention to detail.
- Result-oriented mindset ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Russian and a solid command of English are required.
