In Bulgaria we are well known with our dermo-cosmetic brands: Avene Ducray A-Derma Klorane Rene Furterer Elgydium and Eludril.

We have been working also in the area are related to the treatment of infantile hemangiomas and oncology.

Your mission

You will take active part in the development of our international activities within the Southeast Europe Export Area. You will contribute to the development of knowledge of brands products and services by organizing scientific and commercial conferences training and advisory actions for different groups. Your focus will be Dermo-Cosmetic and Oral Care brands and products.

Your main responsibilities

Prepare organize and run training sessions with distributors / partners for different targets
Prepare translate and adapt training materials and communication according to the audience which is to be trained
Plan and ensure the follow-up of training actions
Coordinate the preparation of international or local medico-marketing events
Make a periodic report of the comprehensive training activity as well as discuss the management indicators of the training activities in the area
To be in charge of the building and supervision of the local trainings plans of our partners and distributors
As part of your job you are required to travel frequently on the international scale (1 to 2 weeks per month) in South & Eastern Europe. The perimeter covers roughly 20 countries and partners : Baltics Adriatic region Kazakhstan Romania Cyprus Armenia Georgia and others

Who you are

Our requirements

You can express yourself fluently in English both orally and in writing. Fluency in a second foreign language will be considered as an advantage

You have previous relevant working experience as a Trainer or in the field of Dermo-Cosmetics/Oral Care

You are comfortable with PowerPoint and different digital training tools
