Were seeking a Remote Client Services Coordinator / Client Care Assistant based in the United States to support our global client service operations provide administrative support and help manage key communications between WAGPCo and its international partners.

Position Overview;

This remote role is ideal for a highly organized detail-oriented professional with experience in customer support administrative tasks and client coordination. Youll act as a central point of contact for clients ensuring a professional and responsive service experience while supporting internal coordination across time zones and departments.

Key Responsibilities;

Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries via phone email and virtual platforms (Zoom Teams).

Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.

Maintain and update CRM systems and internal documentation.

Assist in onboarding new clients and managing service request workflows.

Support internal reporting client updates and documentation preparation.

Track customer service metrics and escalate unresolved issues to management.

Collaborate with commercial technical and administrative teams to ensure service excellence.

Ensure all communications are professional timely and aligned with company standards.

Qualifications;

2 years in customer service client coordination or administrative support (remote experience preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a remote environment.

Familiarity with the energy utilities or infrastructure sector is a plus.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
