Job Summary
Unified Womens Healthcare is the leading national platform for womens healthcare. Our affiliated practice is seeking a Full Time Womens Health Nurse Practitioner.
Practice Highlights:
Well-established practice; serving the community since 1940.
Collaborative practice with 7 OB/GYNs 1 GYN 2 Nurse Practitioners 1 Physicians assistant 4 Ultrasound Technician Mammography screening and diagnostic
Daily patient mix includes gynecology visits OB intakes and monthly prenatal exams
o In-office procedures: IUD placement Nexplanon
Affiliation with a trusted local community hospital Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital
Modern EMR systems Athena for the office and EPIC at the hospital

Requirements:
National Nurse Practitioner certification or ability to obtain
Unrestricted active licensure in the State or ability to obtain
Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
CPR BLS and NALS Certification or ability to obtain
Proficient in assessment and development of treatment plans
Ability to communicate with patients team members and management staff
Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
One year of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred
