The territory for this position will cover Northern LA/Santa Barbara
The sales team is the face of our company introducing our services to prospective new clients and engaging at all levels of is your opportunity to join an organization known for advanced testing with a solid reputation as a leader in the diagnostics a rewarding role that allows you to make a difference in peoples lives including your own!
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Educateinstructand upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory
Act as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs
Provideongoing service and problem resolution to customer base
Ensure customer retention byprovidingsuperior customer service
Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive
Provideaccount management forclientsday to day operations
Upsellcurrent book of business to increase organic growth
Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business
Resolve any customer related issuesin a timely manner
Meet and exceed monthly retentionand upsell goals on a regular basis
Requirements
Bachelors degree is preferred
Previous sales experience or account management of 3 years is preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Proven success managing a book of business
Superior customer service skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to deliver results in a fast paced competitive market
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to travel overnight as needed
Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Pay Range:$70000 - $90000
The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics underthe plan.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical Dental Vision Life STD/LTD 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO) Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
