Position Summary
The Manager of Finance & Operations is the primary support to the Director of Operations in Financial Services IT Services and Maintenance aspects of their role.
Qualifications
Education
Post-secondary education in an accounting program
CPA Designation considered an asset
A combination of education and experience may be considered
Skills Expertise and Experience
Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in an accounting and operations leadership role
Intermediate to Advanced experience using computerized accounting systems information systems building maintenance software and Microsoft Excel
Ability and experience in the planning and completion of maintenance and renovation projects
Working knowledge of Manitoba Safety and Health standards for maintenance work
