Job Summary
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon to join its expanding Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. This clinical faculty position offers a busy diverse hand and upper extremity practice across our academic medical center and affiliated hospitals.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume surgical practice while contributing to resident and fellow education in one of the nations top academic health systems. This is an outstanding opportunity to advance your career in a clinically focused academic role.

Position Highlights
High-volume hand surgery practice
Predominantly clinical role with direct patient care and operative responsibilities
Opportunities to teach and mentor orthopaedic surgery residents and fellows
Collaborate with a nationally recognized multidisciplinary orthopaedic faculty team

Faculty appointment at UT Southwestern Medical Center (rank commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Fellowship training in Orthopaedic Hand Surgery
Board-Certified/Board-Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery (Hand subspecialty certification strongly preferred)
Eligible for Texas medical licensure
Strong commitment to clinical excellence education and multidisciplinary collaboration
