Position Details

• Job Title: Full-Time Caregiver
• Hours: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
• Location: St. Patrick Catholic Early Childhood Center

What Youll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities

As a key member of our team your day will involve nurturing and educating our young students:

• Nurturing Care: Change diapers assist with potty training and prepare snacks and lunches.
• Educational Planning: Plan and prepare age-appropriate engaging activities and lessons that foster growth.
• Classroom Management: Manage children in a calm organized manner thinking ahead to create smooth transitions.
• Communication & Partnership: Greet parents and students with a welcoming attitude and communicate regularly to support a strong parent partnership.
• Team Support: Demonstrate a willingness to work wherever needed (Toddler or Infant Room) and follow established processes and routines.
• Organization: Maintain a clean and organized classroom space (sweeping mopping wiping etc.) take inventory and communicate with parents.

Qualifications

• Experience/Education: Certification in early childhood previous experience in the field or future plans to remain in this field.
• Technology: Comfortable using the Brightwheel app for communication and daily reports.
• Safety: Certification in CPR (Training can be provided).
• Commitment: Above all a willingness to serve the students parents and team members.
