Welder Fabricator
Salary:per annum
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Contract: Permanent (3-month probation period)
Start: ASAP
Syntech Recruitment is working with a leading engineering business in Basingstoke to find a talented Fabricator/Welder to join their workshop team. This is a hands-on workshop-based position offering stability competitive pay and the chance to work on diverse and interesting projects.

Welder Fabricator Duties:
Carrying out high-quality MIG & TIG welding (stainless steel mild steel and aluminium).
Sheet metal fabrication to exacting standards.
Setting up and operating laser cutters and press brakes.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings accurately.
Working with the team to maintain strong health & safety practices at all times.
Welder Fabricator Profile:
Proven experience in MIG & TIG welding across stainless mild steel and aluminium.
Strong background in sheet metal fabrication.
Confidence in operating laser cutting machines and press brakes.
Ability to interpret technical drawings.
Good awareness of health & safety in the workplace.
