Concrete Finisher

We are seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our construction teams.

• Carry out all aspects of concrete finishing including power floating hand trowelling tamping and texturing.

• Work on a variety of structures such as slabs walls columns staircases and lift shafts.

• Operate and maintain finishing tools and equipment safely and effectively.

• Ensure levels lines and finishes meet specification and quality standards.

• Carry out remedial works patching and surface repairs where required.

• Maintain a clean safe and organised working environment adhering to health and safety procedures at all times.

• Read and interpret drawings and specifications (or be willing to learn).

• Work both independently and as part of a team supporting programme delivery.

• Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher.

• Skilled in the use of finishing tools and techniques (hand and machine).

• Strong understanding of safety on site with commitment to HSE standards.

• Reliable proactive and able to manage time effectively.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Valid CSCS card (or equivalent).

• 3 years experience in concrete finishing.

• Experience with various formwork and shuttering systems.

• Willingness to learn and develop further skills.

• Reliable punctual and professional.

• Able to collaborate effectively with trades and operatives.

• Support project deadlines and overall programme delivery.

• Eligible to work in the UK.
