Job Description
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Duration: 12 months (renewable)
Languages Required: English and French (bilingual)

We are seeking an SAP Specialist with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will combine advanced knowledge of SAP modules with AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes optimize data insights and support digital transformation initiatives.
This role requires a bilingual consultant (English & French) who can operate effectively in a collaborative environment balancing technical leadership with strong business acumen.
Exigences et compétences techniquesMinimum 710 years of experience in SAP (ECC S/4HANA or relevant modules).
Proven expertise in AI/ML integration with enterprise solutions (SAP Leonardo BTP Data Intelligence or equivalent).
Strong understanding of data modeling predictive analytics and automation within SAP.
Experience with integration tools and middleware (e.g. SAP PI/PO SAP CPI).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP) and hybrid infrastructures.
Ability to analyze business requirements and design scalable AI-enabled SAP solutions.
Bilingual: fluent in English and French (oral and written).
Lead AI initiatives within SAP landscape to drive automation and innovation.
Enhance decision-making processes through advanced analytics and predictive models.
Ensure successful deployment customization and optimization of SAP systems.
Deliver technical documentation architecture diagrams and user training materials.
Guarantee compliance with best practices security policies and enterprise standards.
Design and implement SAP solutions with embedded AI/ML features.
Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
Conduct system upgrades migrations and performance tuning.
Lead workshops training sessions and knowledge transfer for stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
SAP certification(s) (S/4HANA SAP AI/ML BTP).
Experience with large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for SAP deployments.
Strong communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.
