Supports stores supply chain and the procurement team by conducting analysis maintaining inventory ordering and managing vendor relationships with supply vendors for all North American Fascias. Also supports the larger procurement team with analysis and general tasks. Analyze company supply spend to identify and understand sourcing opportunities.
Forecast usage and spend to ensure readiness for expected demand;
Analyze sales records check inventory levels identify changes in the marketplace that may affect the availability or price of supplies and search for suppliers that may provide supplies at a low cost.
Manage and audit national supply contracts. Compare reports to data within the Workday System to ensure payment of invoices.
Assist with vendor negotiations to improve total cost of ownership and/or service.
Effectively communicate procurement processes to internal customers and vendors.
Act as a key point of contact with store operations supply chain visual merch and individual stores around supply concerns order tracking questions and vendor performance.
Ensure supplies ordered by the organization are delivered to correct location follow up on items ordered as needed
Assist with sourcing efforts. This could include getting quotes developing and issuing RFQs RFPs RFIs to vendors and then own responsibility for those relationships and contracts. Creates new items in the supplies and fixtures inventory.
Responsible for charge outs for items that are kept at the organizations warehouse store support center and sent to the retail stores.
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) for the Procurement Department.
Process Purchase Requests and issue Purchase Orders as needed. Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Thoroughly analyze proposals to understand impact to company. Assist with the management of major vendor agreements supply vendors training updating training guides and preparing invoicing for vendors
Assist other members of the procurement team with their essential job functions.
Assist with or own supply related or procurement projects.
Additional duties and projects as required.
Required Education and/or Experience-
Bachelors degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional 2 - 4 years additional experience in purchasing/procurement field. Prior experience managing multiple tasks required. Experience in budgeting/forecasting is a plus.
Required Computer and/or Technical Skills-
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite especially Excel and Google Sheets.
