Essential Job Functions
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly maintaining eye contact using a positive tone actively listening and responding appropriately.
- Maximize revenue and guest satisfaction by applying effective selling techniques optimizing occupancy and rates and delivering accurate information about hotel facilities.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures by maintaining a cash bank adhering to accounting guidelines handling guest room keys responsibly and protecting guest privacy.
- Support hotel operations by coordinating with departments staying updated on front office activities operating office equipment handling check-ins/check-outs efficiently and adhering to safety protocols.
- Full-time hours available (at least 30 hours per week). Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.

Experience/Education
High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Must be able to speak read and understand English.
