Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Family Medicine Nurse Practitionerfor an exciting job in St. Joseph MO.
Responsibilities
Provide primary care for patients ages 2 and older
Conduct wellness exams preventive screenings and immunizations
Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes hypertension and asthma
Diagnose and treat acute and urgent health concerns
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR in a timely manner
Required Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable seeing patients ages 2
Recent family medicine experience (within the past 2 years acceptable)
Independent clinical practice experience in family medicine preferred
Active unrestricted state medical license
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Preferred
Outpatient family practice experience
Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
