We are delighted to offer a permanent position for a KS2 Class Teacher (Year 3 Year 4 or Year 5 depending on experience) at an Ofsted-rated Outstanding mainstream primary school in Welling Bexley starting January 2026. This opportunity is open to both full-time and part-time applicants and is ideal for an experienced teacher or a strong ECT ready to flourish in a supportive and enriching environment.

The Role
- Position: KS2 Class Teacher (Year 3 Year 4 or Year 5 assigned based on experience and preference)
- Location: Welling Bexley (Greater London)
- Start Date: January 2026
- Contract: Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time considered
In this role you will:
- Teach a well-behaved and enthusiastic KS2 class with the support of a strong leadership and teaching team
- Plan and deliver engaging inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Inspire children to develop independence resilience and a lifelong love of learning
- Assess pupil progress effectively to ensure all children achieve their best
- Collaborate closely with year group partners and contribute to the wider school community
- Take part in trips events and enrichment activities that enhance the learning experience
What Were Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 ideally in Year 3 4 or 5
- A secure understanding of the KS2 curriculum and high standards for teaching and learning
- Excellent classroom practice with strong behaviour management skills
- A nurturing and child-centred approach
- Strong teamwork communication and organisational abilities
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and active participation in school life
