Are you an inspiring and accomplished Music Teacher ready to nurture the next generation of musicians A leading independent day and boarding school in Dorset is seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to join its vibrant community from January 2026. This is a full-time permanent position offering the chance to teach talented pupils in a school where the performing arts are highly valued.
The Role
Full-time Music Teacher position starting January 2026
Teach Music across KS3KS5 including GCSE and A-Level
Deliver inspiring classroom teaching while supporting individual instrumental and vocal development
Contribute to the schools wide-ranging co-curricular music programme including choirs orchestras ensembles and annual productions
Assist in organising concerts recitals and tours showcasing pupils achievements locally and internationally

What Were Looking For
A degree in Music and PGCE/QTS (or equivalent)
Ability to teach Music across all key stages including A-Level
Strong subject knowledge with a passion for performance and composition
