Position : Customer Success Manager
Working Schedule : 7a-4p or 8a-5p PST
Salary Range :$1200-$1500 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our this role you will be the primary point of contact for our customers ensuring they derive maximum value from our products/services. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals drive product adoption and promote customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of customers.
- Onboard new customers ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process.
- Understand customer needs and business objectives to offer tailored solutions.
- Drive product adoption and provide ongoing support to ensure long-term success.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally by providing feedback to product support and sales teams.
- Monitor account health and proactively address issues to mitigate churn.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales as needed.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer status usage metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct business reviews to ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and activities using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in customer success account management or a related client-facing role.
- Pipedrive or any relevant experience within a CRM
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Comfortable with CRM and customer success tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Gainsight).
Preferred:
- Experience within the Restaurant/Bar space and/or Orthodontist space
