Job Description: Diesel Motor Mechanic (Commercial/Heavy Transport)
Location: Perth Western Australia

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on diesel engines and commercial vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in diesel vehicles.
- Repair or replace faulty components and systems including brakes transmissions and fuel systems.
- Conduct test runs to ensure proper vehicle functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance services performed.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry practices and technologies related to diesel mechanics.
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients and team members.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a diesel motor mechanic.
- Strong understanding of diesel engines including their systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Competence in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a diesel motor mechanic specifically in commercial or heavy transport settings.
- Experience working with a variety of diesel vehicles and heavy machinery.
