West 2 West 3 and Observation unit are all sister units. PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Cardiac Respiratory COVID infectious disease pre and post operative endocrine; CVA SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: Certified Stroke Center UNIT SYSTEMS (Medication Documentation Communication): Pyxis EPIC required SBAR UNIT ORIENTATION: 12 hours
