Job Description

The Technical Support Specialist will provide expert technical assistance to customers specializing in the installation operation and maintenance of Cargo Floors advanced hydraulic and mechanical moving floor systems for trailers. This role involves hands-on work with hydraulic systems mechanical components and related trailer applications. The Technical Support Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring customers achieve optimal performance from their Cargo Floor systems serving as a key point of contact for resolving technical challenges and ensuring high-quality support for our innovative trailer solutions.

Tasks

  • Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers during hydraulic system installation and troubleshooting.
  • Guide customers through routine maintenance procedures to ensure the longevity of Cargo Floor systems.
  • Train customer teams on the proper use maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including user manuals troubleshooting guides and training materials.
  • Collect feedback from customers regarding product performance and relay it to the product development team.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during customer meetings and trade shows.
  • Monitor industry trends to recommend product enhancements and innovations.

Requirements

  • Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to customers during system installation and troubleshooting.
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related technical field (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical and hydraulic systems preferably in logistics or waste management equipment.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel frequently for on-site support and training.
